Christopher K. Sadler, graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in economics and an MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen School of Business. Chris has spent the entirety of his career in the commercial real estate business. The first ten years were spent in the investment banking field with Prudential Real Estate Investors in New York and Baring Brothers, LTD in London; where Chris was responsible for over $1.5 billion in acquisition and sales transactions. During his tenure with these institutional players, he was instrumental in devising and executing the creative and often complex structures necessary to assist in achieving the goals and objectives of his clients. Chris left the world of corporate finance to pursue investment and development projects for his own account. He is a licensed Realtor and founding partner of Oxford Commercial, LLC – an unaffiliated full-service commercial real estate firm.

Stevens M. Sadler, graduated from Florida State University with a BA in East Asian Studies/ Economics and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He has spent nearly twenty years in financial services and the investment banking field. Steve started pursuing investment banking projects in commercial real estate while part of Signet Bank’s Capital Markets Group (now Wachovia). With public market securities and private placement transactions under his belt valued at more than $1 billion, Steve has been involved in a wide range of asset classes and financing structures. As founding principal of Chesapeake Advisors, LLC, an unaffiliated real estate investment banking firm established in 1998, he has been successful in raising capital for startup enterprises, organizing, operating and leading young companies and executing a variety of acquisition and divestiture transactions.

Russell G. Wyatt, MBA graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelors degree in civil engineering and went on to earn an MBA from the College of William & Mary. Russell is a native Richmonder and practiced engineering for a decade before entering commercial real estate in the mid 1990’s. With over a dozen years experience in leasing, sales, asset management and property management, Russell has been involved across all asset classes on development, acquisition, ownership and disposition assignments. He has devoted a significant and increasing amount of time and effort through the course of his career to property management, asset management and investor relations work. Russell is a licensed Realtor and a partner at Commonwealth Commercial Partners, Inc. where he and his staff serve RE Value Advisors, LLC as the Asset Manager for our portfolio of properties.
